It sure has been a busy past two months! I am working a few Vancouver Realtor sites which are keeping me quite busy as well as chasing after a almost 11 month old.
I should be wrapping up a few projects in the next week or so and will post soon!

After waiting almost a month, my business cards were FINALLY ready. Word of advice, if you are ordering from Jukebox be prepared to wait double the original estimated time.
Other then the long turn around time, the cards are inexpensive and high quality, which has been consistent 99% of the time.

Over the Thanksgiving holiday I had the pleasure of working with a young professional medical transcriptionist looking to create a brand for herself. Since she is just in the beginning stages of her new business, she needed a logo for her business cards and invoices. Here is the final logo!

After working the past few weeks on a equine and massage therapy website, Supple Solutions it is now live!
It was a pleasure to work on the site and with the client. We have been working on new black business cards with foiled lettering, flyers, letterhead, stickers and the website. Once everything is complete it will be showcased under recent work, check back soon to see all of the materials!

Just Launched Davidchenhomes.com!
David Chen and Kyle Roman have partnered together to create davidchenhomes.com on they myrealpage platform featuring real estate in Vancouver.
These past few months I have had the great pleasure to work with a local realtor Ariane Benjamin who specializes in Vancouver Townhouses. She was needing a “refresh” of her current design and to move platforms, from Ubertor to MyRealPage. (A very common switch these days)

I recently had the pleasure of working with a designer glass company based out of Kelowna BC. They recently opened a second location in Calgary BC and were needing a new logo and website. Below is a brief over view of the web design/development process. This can vary due to different needs.
We discuss your needs and devise a plan.
Web design / logo design questionnaire should be thoroughly filled out before consultation. Contact me for this questionnaire.
Plan and develop content for each of the pages. (Gather copy & graphics)
Create a wireframe of the website (structure and navigation)
After discussing needs, I will develop 3 photoshop mockups to choose from.
Bring the mockups to life, via Myrealpage or wordpress.
During this process I will do usability testing, and launch the site!
I moved to Vancouver in the summer of 2007 and absolutely fell in love with the city, now I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. With experience in web programming, graphic design, and business administration, I thoroughly enjoy the ability to apply all of these areas of expertise to whatever I am working on.
Currently I am a freelancer specializing in Real Estate marketing needs and I also do other web/graphic design work. I feel I have an excellent understanding of the Real Estate market as I have completed the UBC Real Estate Course and continue to follow up on the ever-changing market.
During my free time I love to do anything creative -photography, painting, drawing, crafts, crocheting and when we do get the sun you’ll find me outside hiking, biking or enjoying the beach. I am also a mom to a 1 year old beautiful, energetic, funny little girl, I have recently found another interest …a few years ago I was bit by the traveling bug, and have since traveled to Mexico, Indonesia, India, Nepal & Thailand, and am looking forward to many more adventures.
